I want you to make at least 20 minutes for yourself, sit somewhere you won’t be distracted: in your home, the woods, your car, anywhere you know you can be completely alone for this short time. Bring with you your book.

Once again look at your list, see your dream life written in front of you, now take a moment to compare it to the life you have today. Are you taking any steps towards your dream life?

You see, for the majority we make ends meet, we work in jobs that we feel are safe or pay well, and for some it’s the status of their job that makes them feel credible. Ask yourself: does your current job reflect your dream life?

Are you taking steps to gain experience and knowledge for what it is you really want to do?

Some believe they have had their chance in life: opportunities have been and gone.

Do your relationships reflect your dream life? Is your partner supportive of you, and is it a happy, uplifting relationship? Have you both maintained your individuality, or have you become one unit?

It is so important to maintain your individuality: only you have dreams, visions, gifts that are unique to you, and those around you should respect and nurture this.

Have you ever discussed your dream life with your partner or those closest to you? If so, what was the reaction? Was it a positive reaction? Did you see some rolling of the eyes? A negative comment or a reaction of positivity, encouragement, assistance?

The relationships around you have a huge impact upon your reality today...

Do you take care of yourself as well as you should? Do you drink? Do you smoke? Do you supply your body with healthy food? Do you rest and sleep enough? Do you take time out for yourself? Do you laugh often?

This honest critical evaluation is essential to taking the following steps towards changing your life and achieving your dreams…
